L'Entretien: The Care Protocol
I. The Breaking In | To achieve the signature RBLSFCLS drape, do not be gentle. Use it daily. Load it to capacity. Put it on the ground. Kick some dust at it. The canvas only begins its life once the fibers start to soften under the weight of your routine.
II. The Patina of Use | Friction, dust, and sun are your collaborators. Each scuff on the silver hardware and each fade in the canvas weave are records of encounters. We do not recommend "restoring" the bag to its original state. The goal is a gradual evolution toward a unique, lived-in character.
III. Cleaning (If Absolutely Necessary) | If the bag meets a substance that truly offends, use a damp cloth and cold water. Avoid detergents or chemical treatments that strip the canvas of its industrial integrity.
IV. The Philosophy of Failure | If a thread pulls or the silver dulls, let it be. A Carryall 50 that looks brand new is a Carryall 50 that hasn't been anywhere.

Delivery Times
- Production: Please allow 2–5 business days for us to prepare and produce your piece.
- Shipping: Standard delivery within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days, plus additional 7-14 days if shipping overseas.
We prioritize making every piece as close to you as possible to reduce our environmental footprint. If you have ordered several pieces, please note they may arrive in separate parcels. This is simply a sign of our commitment to a lighter journey from us to you.
We’re coming to Europe soon! In the meantime, please be aware that international orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). This means your order may incur local taxes and sparkling duties once it reaches your border. We’re working hard to bring local shipping to you shortly to eliminate these extra costs.
Our Return Philosophy
Because each RBLSFCLS piece is printed specifically for you when you order, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for size or change of mind. This helps us reduce waste and keep our footprint light.
